CLILによる他教科と連携した授業実践と効果
渡辺聡代（栃木県立今市高等学校）
高等学校学習指導要領の実現に向け、CLILによる他教科と連携した授業をこれまでいくつか実践してきた。特に地歴科の教員とは３つの授業を実践した。１つ目の授業は英語科教員が大部分を作ったが、２つ目の授業は地歴科教員が内容について核心的な部分の教材作成を担った。さらに３つ目の授業は地歴科教員が作った授業に英語科教員が言語指導に関わる部分を足す形で作成した。他教科の教員との連携を通して教員が相互に学ぶことが多く、また生徒の内容への興味関心や学習意欲を高めることができることが分かった。

Diversity and inclusion. A CLIL self-study book about inspiring Japanese women and it's conceptual framework

This presentation introduced a new self-study bilingual book, 英語で読む 日本の歴史をつくった女性たち(東京書籍、２０２２年１月) about 20 great women from Japanese history, written following the CLIL 4C’s conceptual framework (culture, content, cognition and communication, all contained within a 5th C, context) (Coyle, Hood, & Marsh, 2010.) The Context, for which the book is designed is the ever more international and multicultural community in which Japan finds itself. The Culture, is the need to teach about Japanese culture and history for international understanding, multicultural friendship and for economic reasons. The Content, Communication, and Cognition, are met by providing content which facilitates communication about Japan, through finding common points of interest and deeper knowledge of why and how these are interesting to people from overseas.
It looked at learner data from a similar book, the first in the series, 英語で読む 外国人がほんとうに知りたい日本文化と歴史（東京書籍、２０１９年７月）and established that CLIL aims were being met through the content and language learning mix.

英語で教えるサービス・ラーニング（service-learning）
横手仁美（国際基督教大学）
本発表の目的は、国際基督教大学で行われているサービス・ラーニングとは何かを伝え、それを英語で教える実際的な内容とチャレンジ、そしてCLILとの親和性について言及することであった。サービス・ラーニングは経験学習の一形態であるが、インターンシップやボランティアと違うものである。体験からだけでなく、振り返りを通して学ぶ教育手法であり、受け入れ先（パートナー団体）との互恵性を大事にしている。振り返りを学びにつなげるには、批判的思考を持って自己の価値感や問い、立ち位置（ポジショナリティ）を見つめなおしていくプロセスが重要である。それらを英語で学ぶことはContent, Cognition, Communication, Culture以外に行動変容なども含んでおり、CLILと共通する部分が多い。
