Graduate student membership fee: 1,000 yen
Undergraduate student membership fee: free of charge
5. Comments (If any)
▶️Note:
-We ask working adult students to register as “Regular Members” if possible.
-Membership is from April to March, so please renew your membership in April regardless of when you join.
Once registered, please pay the annual membership fee as soon as possible according to the following instructions.
*Payment should be remitted every school year before June. Transfer fees are to be paid by the member.
▶️How to pay your annual membership fee
You can pay your annual membership fee (2,000 JPY) through the following URL. The fee will be automatically converted into your currency.

▶️Payment Details
※ J-CLIL members are eligible to participate in all events organized by J-CLIL.
※ Non-members may be required to pay a participation fee for some events.
※ As a general rule, J-CLIL does not issue invoices or receipts for individual members. Please use
the email automatically issued via Stripe as your receipt.
※ Membership fees must be paid at the member's own responsibility. If your institution requires
an invoice or receipt, please use the email issued via Stripe whenever possible.
※ For administrative convenience, membership payments should, in principle, be made via Stripe.
※ Annual membership renewal payments should, in principle, be made around June each year.
※ If you wish to withdraw your membership, please contact us preferably by the end of the
previous fiscal year. If we do not receive notice, your membership will be automatically
renewed.
※ If we do not receive your payment and hear no communication from you for two consecutive
years, your membership will be automatically terminated.
※ The fiscal year of J-CLIL runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
※ If you join between January and March and pay the membership fee during that period, your
payment will be counted as the membership fee for the following fiscal year.
(For example, joining in March 2025 and paying the fee will be considered payment for the 2025 fiscal year.)
