Regular membership fee: 2,000 yen
Graduate student membership fee: 1,000 yen
Undergraduate student membership fee: free of charge
-We ask working adult students to register as “Regular Members” if possible.
-Membership is from April to March, so please renew membership in April regardless of when you join.
Please remit payment by postal or bank transfer. See details below:
Payment should be remitted every school year before June. Transfer fees are to be paid by the member.
-Please include your name and Member ID on your remittance form. If your name is different than the one on your registration email, please note that so we can confirm your payment.
With a cash card and account-book: You can transfer by ATM in any post office.
Without a cash card and/or account-book: You can transfer at the counter in any post office.

***When transferring money...***
Please include your membership number and your name when making a payment. If you use a different name, we will not be able to determine who you are.
Please enter the name of the transfer requestor as "０００１ＣＬＩＬＴＡＲＯ" (a full-width katakana or alphanumeric character, up to 13 characters)", followed by "member number" and then "name" with no spaces.
If you are unable to change the name of the requestor:
(1) If the account holder is you (member), your name will be notified, so you can send the money as it is.
(2) If the name on the account is not your name (e.g., school name, etc.), we do not know who made the transfer, so please notify us of your membership number and name in the "Communication" section or send an e-mail to the J-CLIL office mentioned above to let us know that you have made the transfer.
※ J-CLIL members have entrance fees waved for J-CLIL events.
※ Non-J-CLIL members will pay a fee for some events.
※ If you need a receipt, please state that in your email.
※ In principle, membership fees should be paid into the J-CLIL bank account for administrative convenience.
※ Payment should be remitted between April 1st and June 31st each year in order to be allied to conference participation.
※ Payment reminder emails are sent twice a year in August and December.
※ If you wish to withdraw your membership, please contact us before the end of the academic year (at the email above). Otherwise, your membership will be renewed automatically.
※ If we cannot confirm your membership payment for two years, your membership will become invalid.
